Tell us your university and your dates. We reply by email with the contract and the payment details.

Move in
Arrive with a suitcase. The room is furnished, there is no reception to queue at, and a house rota keeps the shared spaces clean.

Questions
What does the price include?
Rent and utilities. You pay one amount each month and there are no separate bills to split.
How long can I stay?
From one month. Most students stay for a semester, and you can extend while the room is free.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, Revolut or cash. We send the details with your contract.
Is there a reception?
No. roofshare is self-serve: you book by email, you move in, and you write to us when you need something.
Who cleans the shared spaces?
Everyone in the house. Each building runs a cleaning rota, so kitchens and bathrooms stay in shape. Your room is yours to keep.
Who can book?
Students on Erasmus or another exchange programme, and other students staying for a semester or longer.
