## Why roofshare

Moving abroad for a semester shouldn’t start with a twelve-month lease and three separate bills. Every roofshare room is furnished, priced by the month with bills included, and yours from one month.

- €100–300: a month per room, bills included
- 1 month: minimum stay. Most students stay a semester.
- 5 floors: one whole building of student rooms in Athens
- 4 countries: Greece, Romania and Türkiye. Poland is next.

## Rooms for spring 2027

Listings go up here before the semester starts. Every price is per month with bills included.

Tell us what you need. We write when a room fits. City, move-in month and budget are enough. We reply by email with what is free, the contract and how to pay.

## Three steps to your room

1. **Pick a room.** Each room shows its price, its size and the month it is free. The price is the price: rent and bills together.
2. **Send a request.** Tell us your university and your dates. We reply by email with the contract and the payment details.
3. **Move in.** Arrive with a suitcase. The room is furnished, there is no reception to queue at, and a house rota keeps the shared spaces clean.

## Questions

### Is there a reception?

No. roofshare is self-serve: you book by email, you move in, and you write to us when you need something.
